No 63 - It was mid-march when a cold-front blew gusts of icy wind across this ridge. Towards sunset gaps in the clouds occasionally illuminated the birch trees. Later, just about sunset, the light took on a magenta hue in the illuminated parts of the clouds and also on the trees. Other areas of the sky stayed in that cold, blue hue of a late overcast day.

No 67 - It had been raining all day. In the late afternoon the strong wind managed to blow all the dark clouds away. For a short time the cloud-gaps in the transition zone to blue skies created beams of light which moved quickly across the water before the weather completely cleared up.

No 72 - I couldn't believe my luck having found this beautiful waterfall and being completely on my own. It was strenuous though, clambering up a steep slope beside the brook and not spoiling the vegetation. Additionally steady rain made it difficult to photograph.
